Who pays for the data center boom?

A utility-by-utility ranking of residential bill increases filed at state commissions, mapped against source-linked data center load for each serving utility. Currently a preview: only the data-center linkage side is populated. Virginia rate filings ingest first, then PJM.

Virginia first — then PJM, ERCOT, MISO.
The rate layer ingests every regulatory filing that changes a customer's bill: docket, requested vs. approved ROE, the customer-class breakdown, the project (plant, transmission line, rider) driving the cost, and the source quote. About 50 Virginia filings come online first; full PJM follows. The table below previews what each row will carry once populated.
